• Z-Brett^TM Press Release 

• Unitech Scientific Signs Distribution Agreement for Z-Enology wine spoilage testing line

The first reagent kit, a 3-hour Brettanomyces Z-Brett^TM test is being launched January 30^th at the Unified Grape and Wine Exhibition. 

 • New Brettanomyces Laboratory Testing Service
As a related service, Unitech is now taking orders for the Z-Enology laboratory testing service for Brettanomyces detection in wine samples.  The service utilizes our new Z-Brett technology.  As an option, both Z-Brett and differential culture testing may be ordered on the same sample.
 
• UniFLEX Free-Sulfite Reagent Kit to be Launched
Unitech R&D will release our first spectrophotometric reagent kit in our new line of products for measuring Sulfite in Wine.  By the end of the first quarter, our reagent kit for Free Sulfite in white & rose wines will be released.  Companion products to complete our Free & Total Sulfite reagent line are in development.
