Only $3000 Unitech's EnoLyzer is a compact, stand-alone Wine Analyzer. The EnoLyzer offers a bichromatic 6 filters (all wavelengths typical in wine enzymatic testing) and 37C incubation. Its reliability is unsurpassed, as is the economy of operation: it accepts standard, inexpensive, round 12 X 75mm glass test tubes and yields twice the test results of your old spectrophotometer. EnoLyzer features on-board curve-fitting software (single, multipoint, factor, etc.), curve editing, QC monitoring, standard lot#/exp tracking, and other sophisticated functions.
